Free Ground Shipping Within the USA
You can enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States of America. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process your order.
CD is happy to offer beautiful complimentary custom packaging for your jewelry purchase. It will be ground ship to you in the United States, and your order will be shipped for a fee internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Catherine DiSalle does not ship orders to post office boxes. Catherine DiSalle is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
Orders
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification, catherinedisalle.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. For questions about designs, request for additional ring sizes etc. please fill in inquires on the customer care page.
Please note once an order has been placed it can’t be modified or canceled.
Merchandise Credit Policy
Jewelry is accepted for credit only if returned in salable condition within 30 days of the date of first purchase, in it's original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges for returns are not refundable. Catherine DiSalle reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
A credit will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients may also receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Merchandise returned to catherinedisalle.com are normally processed in 10-14 business days from receipt of the items. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been credited. Merchandise credits may only be issued in the same payment type used for the original payment.
Catherine DiSalle can not accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. Please return the original item you wish to exchange for using applicable conditions above. A new order can then be placed on catherinedisalle.com for the item. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
Pre-Order
We strive to send you jewelry when you want it. Conscious of sustainability certain styles on our website may be available for “pre-order” allowing our customers to reserve their desired pieces before they are available to ship. Pre-order jewelry will be shipped and customers will be notified within 4-6 weeks of purchase. If interested in this option please fill in details about your request on our Contact Us page.

Product Care
It’s recommended that you store your fine jewelry separate in our Italian made custom packaging. Please clean with a soft cloth or fine jewelry cleaner specific for the type of metal of your purchase. Please note that over time air will temporarily tarnish silver pieces, to reduce this from happening consider surrounding your jewelry in wax paper. Understand with t.l.c. and cleaning, jewelry can be renewed to its original shine.
